About The Consultant
Sterling Boyadzhiev, LISW-S, REAT is a supervising clinical social worker in the state of Ohio and EMDRIA Approved Consultant. Sterling is a Network Consultant with The Institute for Creative Mindfulness and affiliated training facilitator/consultant with Rutti Counseling & Consultation.
Sterling enjoys working with clinicians at all stages of their EMDR journey. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to deepen and refine your practice, Sterling is happy to help!

For clinicians who are simultaneously pursuing EMDR and Expressive Arts consultation hours. This combined format allows you to earn consultation credit in both modalities for the price of one.

Individual
One-on-one support tailored to meet your specific consultation needs. Individual consultation is a good fit for diving deep into complex topics and cases. EMDRIA Certification requires 10 individual consultation hours.
Foundational Training: $100/hour
Advanced/Certification: $100/hour
EMDR + Expressive Arts: $125/hour

Group
Case consultation and open discussion with fellow EMDR therapists. Groups are open and do not require a commitment to attend more than one.
Foundational Consultation: 1 hour small group consultation designed for clinicians completing foundational training and/or in the early stages of their EMDR practice.
Coffee & Consultation: 1 hour small group consultation open to all skill levels.
Traditional Group Consultation: 2 hour group consultation open to all skill levels.
Private groups are available upon request.

Payment Information
Payment information is collected at the time of booking in order to hold your spot. If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule and receive a full refund.
You have two options when booking a consultation appointment:
1) You may choose to create an account in our scheduling system and save your payment details on file. Your payment will be processed after attending your consultation appointment, and you may use your account in the future for convenient booking.
2) You may pay the full rate at the time of booking and forego making an account or saving your payment details.
A full-rate fee may be applied for any consultation that is cancelled within 48 hours or no-showed.

All consultations are offered virtually thru Google Meetings. You will receive a separate Google Meeting invite/link before your consultation appointment.

Consultation is a space where you can ask about any and all things EMDR! Whether you’re just getting started or looking to enhance your practice, consultation is a space for support. You can expect non-judgmental guidance to build your skills and confidence.
Group consultation also gives you the opportunity to connect with fellow EMDR therapists and hear about the client issues they are facing.
Topics may include case conceptualization, treatment planning, complex presentations, special populations, documentation, ethics, integration of other modalities (e.g. parts work), and more!

You can engage in consultation at whatever pace feels most helpful to you.
All of our consultation groups are open and standalone. There is no commitment to attend more than one.
